1. Overview
At EnergyShift.pk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our solar products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- ✓Item must be unused and in original condition
- ✓Item must be in original packaging
- ✓Must have receipt or proof of purchase
- ✓Return request within 7 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
Installed Products
Solar panels, inverters, or batteries that have been installed
Custom Orders
Products that were custom-made or specially ordered
Services Rendered
Installation, maintenance, or consultation services already performed
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- 2Provide your order number and reason for return
- 3Wait for our team to issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
- 4Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- 5Ship the item to the address provided by our team
5. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
⚠️ Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, here's what to do:
Check your bank account
Sometimes processing takes time before a refund is posted
Contact your credit card company
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted
